Ignite was founded by Sabrina, who has over 14 years of experience in helping aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners achieve their dreams. Her passion for entrepreneurship led her to start her own school, and now she dedicates her knowledge and expertise to others through Ignite.

Sabrina Nagel
With over 14 years of experience at the intersection of business and academia, Sabrina has become an expert in boundary-spanning. Her strengths lie in establishing connections and facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholders. As a skilled CO.STARTERS entrepreneurship programme facilitator and trainer, she has successfully guided more than 350 entrepreneurs. Sabrina's extensive knowledge has led her to co-create multiple entrepreneurship education programmes. Additionally, she has founded her own primary school and is currently working on her Master's thesis, which explores how enterprise is taught in schools throughout New Zealand.

Richard Chadderton (Chad)
Chad is an accomplished Director and Consultant with a proven track record of working in the venture capital and private equity sector. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience nurturing entrepreneurship and innovation skills as a CO.STARTERS trainer and facilitator. Chad also holds a Bachelor of Science degree specialising in Chemistry.
